Multi-factor authentication is here!
Updated over 2 weeks ago

Multi-factor authentication has arrived! We are gradually releasing the feature to all existing customers. If you don’t have access yet, we will send you a notice beforehand, and plan to have all customers transitioned in January 2025.

What to expect

  • We will be upgrading your authentication system with a more robust one. Your login screen will be replaced with a new one that looks a little different and includes multi-factor authentication and social logins with Google and Microsoft.

  • A new section in your control panel settings called Login and Security will allow you to customize the login screen to match your branding and enable/disable features.

  • You will not be required to change your password or use multi-factor authentication, this is optional, but recommended.

  • You will receive an email notice letting you know when your nation will move to the new system and a notice letting you know the transition is complete.

Please check out our new documentation collection which explains the features and how to use them in more detail.
