Once you've connected an AI client to your nation, the fastest way to learn what it can do is to ask it for something. The prompts below are a starting set: copy them, swap in details from your own nation, and use them to get a feel for the shape of a good request.
Describe what you're trying to accomplish in your own words, and your AI client will ask you questions where it needs them.

Evaluate your fundraising goals
"How many people gave more than $250 in the last quarter, and how much did that come to?"

Log a contact on the go
With an AI client on your phone, you can record a conversation as it happens.
"I just finished a door-knocking shift. Log a door knock contact for Sylvia Morales with the note 'Dropped off yard sign, wants a lawn sign next week.'"
"I spoke with Sue Jordan over the phone about the candidate and she's interested in hosting a house party. Log my contact with her."
Brief yourself on a supporter
"I'm about to call Susanne Pliney for a fundraising ask. What's her history with our organization?"
"Give me a one-paragraph brief on each of these five volunteers before tonight's meeting."
Getting better results
Use your real names. Tags, lists, paths, and events work best named exactly as they are in your nation. Not sure? Ask: "What tags do we have with 'gala' in the name?"
Be specific about time. "In the last 90 days" is unambiguous; "recently" isn't, and your AI client will pick something.
Read the count before you approve a change. It's your check that your request was understood. If it's far off what you expected, say no and ask what criteria were used.
Check the filter, not just the number. Open the link and look at the criteria — a count can be plausible and still measure the wrong thing.
Ask follow-ups instead of starting over. Your AI client keeps the filter it built, so the group you act on is the group you counted.
Explain your own terms. If "member" means something specific in your organization, say so. Your AI client reads NationBuilder's definitions, not yours.
Ask for a count before you ask for detail. Your AI provider meters your usage, and pulling full histories for a large group can use a noticeable share of your plan.
