NationBuilder now lets you connect your nation to an AI assistant. Once connected, the assistant can look things up for you. You can ask how many people signed a petition, or what a supporter's recent activity looks like, and it answers using the real information in your nation.
Here is the part to understand before you start: when the assistant looks something up, that information comes into the chat and stays in the conversation. That is not a reason to avoid it; it is the reason to know what each tool pulls in so you stay in control of your supporters' data.
Most of its tools never touch a supporter’s details. They count, they list, and they organize. Only two tools return a supporter's personal information.
How to read the table
The table below lists every tool the assistant can use, what it does in plain words, and whether it pulls personal data into the chat.
