Using Tables is a great way to organize your email template. To ensure that your table lines are visible, from your email editor select + Add > Table > Table Properties and add 1 in the Border field.
You can edit the table after it has been created by clicking the far left icon on the table editor bar. If you would like to build your table with visible lines, and then remove their visibility when you are finished, select the Tables properties icon and replace 1 with zero in the Border field.
