Updated over a month ago

Overview

The Growth dashboard provides comprehensive insights into how your community is expanding over time. This powerful tool helps you monitor total audience size and new person acquisition, track contactability metrics, and identify how people are entering your nation.

Understanding dashboard filters

At the top of the Growth dashboard, you'll find a set of filters that allow you to segment your data for more targeted analysis:

  • Year: Select which year's data you want to analyze

  • Nation: Filter people by the nation they belong to

  • State: Filter by geographic state

  • Tag: Filter people by specific tags assigned to them

    • 📌 Note: Select multiple tags to return contributors who have at least one of those tags.

  • Recruited by: Filter people based on who recruited them

  • Contactability status: View people who are emailable, textable, or just generally contactable (emailable or textable)

  • Entry point: View people who entered your database through a specific channel (e.g., through a file import, by signing up on a website page)

  • Website page: Filter by the specific website page through which people joined

These filters can be used in combination to drill down into specific segments of your growth data.

Key metrics summary

The dashboard displays two primary metrics at the top of the screen, providing a quick overview of your community growth:

  • Total People: The total number of people in your NationBuilder database as of the current date

  • New People: The number of new people added to your database during the selected year

📌 Note: Each metric includes a contactability breakdown showing how many people are contactable (emailable or textable), emailable, and textable.
