You can set any page to be your nation's home page, but the page must be published first. From your control panel, go to Pages and select the page you want. Then click on Settings. At the bottom on the right is a checkbox to "Make this the home page." Check that box, then click Save page.

Your new home page will be set. Please note that you are required to have a home page at all times so once you select your home page the only way to change it is to select a different page as your home page.
