ActionButton is a NationBuilder add-on, meaning it's ready to go in your nation when you're ready to activate it. To activate:
Navigate to your profile image in the top right-hand corner of the control panel.
Click on Contacts and billing > Add-ons and add the free ActionButton add-on by clicking the blue button.
